A MAACRAFT 2012 óta a Miskolci Autista Alapítvány munka-rehabilitációs programjaként működik.
Műhelyünkben dolgozó autizmussal és értelmi fogyatékossággal élő társaink nem csak a termékek kivitelezői, hanem sok esetben ötletgazdái is.
Kiemelten fontos számunkra, hogy a munkafolyamatok ne csak a termékek előállításáról és értékesítéséről szóljanak, hanem a műhely alkotóinak beilleszkedését is segítsék. A design termékeink megtervezése során hazai designerekkel dolgozunk együtt, majd a konduktorok és szakemberek segítségével gyártható termékekké fejlesztjük azokat.
Hosszú távú célunk, hogy felhívjuk a figyelmet az autizmusra és az autizmussal élőkre, az elfogadásuk és bevonásuk fontosságára, valamint, hogy aktív perbeszédet kezdeményezzünk a témában.

Since 2012, MAACRAFT has been operating as a work rehabilitation program of the Miskolc Autism Foundation.
In our workshop, our colleagues with autism and mental disabilities are not only the executors of the products but also, in many cases, the idea developers.
It's really important to us to make sure that the workflows not only focus on the production and sale, but also assist in the integration of the employees. When designing our products, we collaborate with local designers, and then, with the help of conductors and specialists, we develop them into manufacturable products.
Our long-term goal is to raise awareness about autism and those living with autism, the importance of their acceptance and inclusion, and to initiate active dialogue on the subject.
